Maintenance Technician Job at Massaro Construction Group
Position Summary: Perform general property maintenance work for a commercial office building in Robinson Township.
General Duties:
- Respond to tenant requests in a timely manner
- Maintain overall appearance and condition of building
- Open and inspect building daily
- Inspect and verify all life safety equipment is operating correctly
- Perform general property maintenance
- Keep daily log of work performed
- Resolve problems in an expeditious manner
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of major problems
- Prompt handling of all emergency calls
Basic Qualifications: Strong communication skills, reliable transportation, valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the general maintenance field.
