At Your Service Rochester, LLC is a property maintenance company that provides high quality building manageSincement services to two organizations under the same ownership. The first organization is Maplewood Nursing Home in the Village of Webster. The second organization is Prestige Services LLC. Maplewood Nursing Home is a skilled nursing facility that serves its customers in a way that one would find in a high-end hotel. Residents enjoy all private room accommodations and are surrounded by service and clinical workers that are best in class in all their jobs. Maplewood is 5 star rated organization by the centers for Medicare and Medicaid services. Prestige Services LLC is a real estate company that has a mixed portfolio of commercial as well as multi— family residential buildings that are all under private ownership and located in the Village and Town of Webster.

Department Description

Staffing varies depending on work load but generally consists of less than 6 people who are flexible in the kinds of duties they are assigned. Seasonal conditions dictate outside responsibilities and move outs and building ages tend to dictate day to day activities and responsibilities. The nursing home is heavily regulated and requires monitoring and regular upkeep of many different systems and processes. Both the nursing home and real estate operations focus heavily on preventative maintenance systems and approaches that tend to help avoid off hours emergency calls. Staff members tend to have talents and specialties that pull them toward those types of work. Each member of the staff trades off on after hours and on-call responsibilities for both the skilled nursing building and other properties. On average this happens one weekend a month and weeknights during one week a month. Call-ins tend to be light with only occasional situations where immediate attention is necessary.

Examples of duties

Outside:

Weeding, Mowing, Mulching, raking, digging, planting, snow removal, plowing, power equipment, garage and storage facility maintenance. Special one-time projects.

Inside:

Patching, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance ticket completion, appliance work, resident special requests, many other activities that come along.

Requirements to be considered

- Equivalent experience in the types of work listed above

- Neat in appearance, dependable, pleasant personality, good customer service skills

- Clean driver’s license

- Have had or open to initial 2 COVID vaccinations plus one booster - This is Non-
Negotiable as work is performed in a Nursing Home

- Frequent onsite rapid COVID testing as applicable

- Able to respond to on-call within 30 minutes
