Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring full-time Maintenance Technician for our client, Grupo Antolin, on the east end of Louisville.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with excellent benefits once hired on! This is a great career opportunity with an automotive supplier that supports clients world-wide. The ideal candidate would have experience as a maintenance tech in automotive industry, though other light industrial maintenance experience could also be a fit.
Maintenance Technician Summary:
- Full time
- $25 per hour

Shifts available:
- B Crew: 6:00 pm – 4:30am Tuesday-Friday
- C Crew: Friday & Saturday from 6:00 am-5:30 pm AND Sunday & Monday from 6:00 pm-4:30 am
Maintenance Technician Details:
- Perform routine preventative machine maintenance
- Assemble, install, and repair wiring or electrical components on machinery and equipment
- Inspect, troubleshoot, operate, and test machinery
- Order parts and supplies
- Record maintenance, repairs, and associated costs
- Follow blueprints, manuals, and diagrams
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing machinery
- Must be willing to submit to background and drug screen
