Maintenance Technician Job at Green Development
Locations: Tishomingo, OK / Ada, OK
We are looking to immediately hire a qualified maintenance person with experience in construction, residential property maintenance, painting, and carpentry. Must be able to manage own time and have the ability to prioritize duties and finish tasks quickly and efficiently. Must have own basic tools and truck and be willing to use. Must have verbal and written communication skills. Must be dependable. This is a part-time position, and applicant must have evening weekend availability for occasional emergency service. Must pass criminal background check.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Residential and commercial property maintenance
- Keep maintenance area clean and organized
- Air filter changes/minor HVAC repairs
- Basic appliance repair
- Plumbing knowledge
- Painting
- Minor Carpentry
- Trash removal
- Make ready on move-out for rentals
- Flooring repairs
- Any other duties assigned by management and office team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of maintenance Experience required
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to respond to occasional afterhours emergencies
- Valid Driver's License and current insurance
- Must have own Truck
- Must have own Tools
- HVAC certification is a plus but not required
Pay is based on experience
