Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift Job at Custom Building Products
Requirements
This position requires at least two years (or applicable training/education) of experience, and you should be able and be prepared to demonstrate competencies in one or more areas of mechanical maintenance from the following groups:
- Electrical
- Servo-Mechanical
- Pneumatics
- Hydraulics
- Welding
- Machining
- Electronics
- Industrial Controls
- Ability to work assigned hours, including overtime.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have STRONG skills in Electrical, Industrial Controls, Pneumatics and Hydraulics repair and trouble shooting. Industrial Controls repair and programming experience preferred, (Allen Bradley PLC Certification is a plus)
- Must be able to read, write and understand instructions, warnings, labels in English effectively. The right candidate puts safety first and is a skilled, dependable, hard-working team player, PLC programming and MP2 inventory management experience preferred.
- Qualified applicants must demonstrate and complete a Hands-on Electrical Troubleshooting practical exercise on-site.
- Must have your own tools.
Full time position
Start pay: $30.00 - $32.00 an hour (Depending on experience)
