Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Repairs and services manufacturing equipment
  • Manages and directs daily activities to Mechanics and Parts Clerk.
  • Follows company safety procedures.
  • Creates department procedures and facilitates training.
  • Assists Mechanics with machine troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for Food Safety where applicable. • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Five (5) years maintenance experience required.
  • Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training required.
  • Good leadership skills required.
  • Good oral and written communication skills required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to communicate with highly skilled technicians.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot electrical and plumbing problems.
  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk. Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb, sit, stand, and lift less than 40 pounds.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
