We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team and help maintain our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must possess excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment.
- Inspect and maintain property appearance and internal features. Must be able to work in an apartment complex and complete maintenance requests as they come through.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Repair or replace defective parts.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
