We are a full-service landscaping company looking for dependable and trustworthy employees. Our company specializes in Lawn Mowing, Weeding, Weed Control Spraying, Edging, Trimming, Bush and Tree Trimming, Lawn Fertilization, Blowing off parking lots and porches and more. The Maintenance crew member is responsible for providing excellent customer service and keeping the grounds clean and attractive. Duties include, but are not limited to, removing trash from the grounds, watering the grounds as necessary, and performing any other duties as directed by the Supervisor or the Manager.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

• Daily property walks to maintain a well-kept and manicured curb appeal.
• Work independently to remove trash from the property and in common areas.
• Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, watering, and spray operations of grass, flowerbeds, and trees.
• Operates various mechanical or electrical equipment or garden tools.
• Landscaping, including planting flowers, grass, bushes, etc.
• Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality.
• Completes other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency – both written and verbal.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate all necessary tools to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Experience and working knowledge of OSHA and other environmental safety standards.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Ability to perform a variety of duties in all types of weather.
