As a Maintenance Assistant with Millbrook Real Estate, you will be providing a variety of maintenance services to the buildings, tenants of Millbrook Business Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform maintenance and miscellaneous work for assigned properties, ownership, and tenants.
• Document work performed, including time, materials, and description.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment.
• Follow maintenance procedures and make recommendations for improved facility maintenance.
• Provide emergency services.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Desire to learn HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Must be willing to work scheduled or emergency overtime as needed.
• The ability to climb, reach, and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must work well with others, take and follow directions and relate well with customers and tenants.
• Good written and oral skills.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be productive and valuable team member.
