Responsibilities/Duties:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for:
  • Overall management of the site/work group they supervise and all staff working in the site/group(s).
  • Providing direct supervision to the Lead Staff and Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in the sites they supervise.
  • Acting as a role model for employees regarding the expectations of how the job duties should be performed, the attitude to maintain while at work, and appropriate interactions with consumers and other professionals.
  • Maintaining a commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.
  • Effectively and Appropriately communicating with staff and/or participants about sex and sexual activities in regard to sexual offending or relationships.
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of Five years supervisory experience or possess willingness and capacity to develop needed skills.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with adults with IDD/Behavioral Mental Health Diagnosis/Drug and Alcohol Recovery Programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of and compliance with the PA 6400 Regulations.
  • Knowledge of the characteristics of sexual offending.
  • Basic computer and internet literacy with the ability to utilize applications like emails, time recording and other programs to enter and retrieve data as necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass a State Police Clearance, and FBI clearance.
  • Strong working knowledge of and compliance with the PA 6400 Regulations.
  • Knowledge of the characteristics of sexual offending.
  • Basic computer and internet literacy with the ability to utilize applications like emails, time recording and other programs to enter and retrieve data as necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
Program Summary:
Mainstay is a supervised community-based residential program designed to provide a range of established and innovative rehabilitation strategies for adults with Intellectual/ developmental disabilities, mental illness, and problematic sexual behaviors. The program focuses on community and personal safety, accountability, competence, least restrictive alternative, normalization, due process, and control.
