Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently perform work specified on the repair order per dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate any additional service needed with the Service Advisor, and provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Perform repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous automotive maintenance/repair experience is required
- ASE certifications are preferred
- Strong teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented, precise and thorough work style
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy shop environment
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and a background check
- Must live in Payson, AZ or be willing to relocate to Payson, AZ
