Loparex LLC is the worlds largest manufacturer of extrusion base and silicone coated release liners for the converting industry. You may know some these products as the paper backing of bandages, stickers, construction industry papers/films, and feminine hygiene product wrappers, just to name a few! Our Hammond, WI facility is the largest US manufacturing site and we're looking to add Manufacturing Machine Operators to our team!

  • Starting pay from $23.40 - $24.40/hour, depending on shift and machine. Candidates with manufacturing experience may be able to earn more

Schedule

We are actively hiring night shift!

  • 12 hour, 2-2-3 Schedule (Work 2 days during the week, and every other weekend) - 10% premium
  • Hours are 5:00pm - 5:00am
  • 4 Week training program hours at 8am - 4pm - ask us for accommodations if this doesn't work for you!
  • Rotating night shifts receive a 20% premium!

What will you do?

  • Start up, change over and daily operations of our coating and converting equipment
  • Observe and monitor the machine for defects during operation, troubleshoot and correct problems on the equipment
  • Use computers to enter information, print paperwork and labels
  • Perform routine quality testing

What should you have?

  • A positive attitude, safety mindset, and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Prior manufacturing experience is helpful, but is not required. Our dedicated trainer will show you everything you need to know
  • Basic computer skills, ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform basic math
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, cut resistant gloves, and hearing protection)
