As a Filling Machine Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate computer automated filling and packaging equipment to keep filling process at proper speed while producing quality products
• Set-up, operation, and clean-up of filling machine
• Utilize equipment such as hoses, pumps, small tanks, etc., to fill finished goods into containers ( gallon cans, pails, totes, drums, and other containers )
• Achieve production requirements as well as ensure that quality and safety related standards are maintained
• Maintain and clean production equipment to ensure cleanliness and equipment reliability
• Comply with all safety rules and standard safety practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to operate filling and packaging equipment
• Basic computer skills, excel, word, Outlook.
• Able to lift 50 pounds on occasion throughout work shift
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independent, limited supervision
• Ability to complete required safety training and maintain excellent housekeeping
• Ability to work in a team environment and take ownership of responsibilities and follow instructions of leadership team
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to operate a forklift as needed
