- Nights - 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - Monday thru Friday
- Patient Location - Lebanon TN
- Office Location - Nashville TN - 4 miles west of airport
- Premium pay including medical, dental, vision, 401k, Paid Time Off including license renewal reimbursement

HomeFirst Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in state of Tennessee. We are looking to hire a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse. As a Private Duty LPN, you would be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting

Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current state license
- One (1) year nursing experience
- Skilled nursing, assisted living, home health or private duty experience a plus
