How you will help us on our mission and inspire others:

• Engage residents and connect with them in a genuine, compassionate and memorable way.

• Review the resident’s chart for specific treatments, medication orders, etc., as necessary.
• Implement and maintain established wellness objectives and standards.
• Administer medication, do accuchecks, insulin, eye drops, ear drops, patches and always follow the Nurse
• Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident’s admission, transfer, and/or discharge.

Our ideal candidate has the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program with a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a licensed nurse in this State.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must take ownership of requests, whether related to or outside of job functions, to ensure exceptional customer service.

Create memorable, positive resident experiences by providing compassionate and individualized wellness care to each resident and ensure the highest level of care is provided. Inspire Life Enrichment Aides to provide similarly inspired care through the performance of their day to day wellness activities. Create a meaningful work experience for Life Enrichment Aides through effective interaction and communication.
