LPN Job at Family Practice Center
Family Practice Center PC has a part-time LPN position available with Cornerstone Family Health office located at 1205 River Avenue in Williamsport.
Position is for approximately 3 days per week, and focus would be to handle Transition of Care Patients for the office.
Transition of care is working with patients who have been discharged from a hospital and need follow up care. In addition to TOC, the successful candidate will work with providers to room patients, assist with procedures, and more!
Prior experience working with TOC patients is a plus! Position requires an LPN license.
