Glade & Grove Supply is a fourth generation Agricultural Dealership in Florida, founded in 1938, we have expanded our services to four stores throughout Florida (Immokalee/Avon Park/Belle Glade/Sarasota). Our inventory includes high quality tractors, mowers, skid steers, implements. Some of our most popular brands include, New Holland, CaseIH and Wacker Neuson.

Job Description:

As a leader in agricultural and construction heavy equipment our growing business is in search of a Lot Porter. The Lot Porter will be performing duties related to the heavy equipment industry in addition to other responsibilities. The work will be challenging and rewarding!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain/assist in cleaning of shop and building/property grounds as needed while following safety guidelines.
• Assist with onsite equipment deliveries/inspections.
• Lot organization of new equipment and company vehicles.
• Deliver/pick up equipment to/from vendors/clients as needed.
• Indoor and outdoor building maintenance/repairs.

Physical/Work Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders, bend or stand for long periods of time, ability to reach above shoulders.
• Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing and/or bending.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license/clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors at any time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
