Job Title: Dealership Lot Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Lot Manager to oversee our dealership lot operations. The Dealership Lot Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the lot is organized, well- maintained, and stocked with vehicles that are clean and ready for sale. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, have strong leadership skills, and have a proven record of accomplishment to achieve results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the dealership lot, including overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring that all vehicles are properly merchandised, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Oversee the preparation of new and used vehicles for display, including ensuring that vehicles are clean, fully operational, and comply with safety and quality standards. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that vehicles are merchandised in a way that maximizes sales opportunities. Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure that vehicles are appropriately stocked, and that aged inventory is rotated out in a timely manner. Coordinate with the service department to ensure that any necessary repairs or maintenance are completed before vehicles are displayed for sale. Monitor and manage lot expenses to ensure that expenses are within budget. Assist in other projects based upon business needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy duty truck dealership operations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of heavy-duty truck sales and inventory management systems. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed. Valid

CDL driver's license and clean driving record.
