is hiring for a Logistics Systems Analyst to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. This person supports the warehouse management system (WMS) and/or transportation management system (TMS) application for all Ingram distribution centers including issue resolution, on-call support, and testing software changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of distribution systems experience.
  • 3 or more years of personal computing skills including PC based applications (Office, Excel, Word and Outlook programs)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems
  • Availability to provide off-hours support during evenings and weekends
  • Travel as needed to support DC’s

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the distribution centers with resolving warehouse/transportation management system issues, including on-call support as necessary.
  • Tests code deliveries for software fixes or enhancements.
  • Accountable for programs promoted to or configurations changes made in production
  • Participates in design of system enhancements, and proactively suggests system improvements.
  • Supports 3PL system enhancements or changes and researches, corrects and documents production issues.
  • Maintains accurate system documentation.
  • Contributes to projects that analyze the costs & benefits of proposed system enhancements or new equipment expenditures.
  • Provides analytical support as needed.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
