Loan Closing Specialist Job at Phyton Advisors
We are currently on a search for one of our Top Tier Investment firms that is currently looking for Loan Operations Professionals to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to support a smooth and efficient closing of agented deals whereby FIRM is the Administrative, Collateral, and|or Depositary agent. The analyst must have the ability to read and interpret the operational aspects of credit agreements, support software processes, have an understanding of Loan IQ, and can communicate effectively via email and telephone with a variety of people including customers, banks, and client executives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete coordination, review, and system (LIQ) input of assigned new deals and amendments
- Ensure banks books accurately reflect the intentions of the credit agreement and credit approval
- All past-due principal interest and fees are reported, followed up on, and ultimately collected
- Ensure all monies due and payable to the bank are collected and|or reconciled
- Complete assigned projects generally to address workflow or business-related matters
- Adhere to internal and external regulatory policies and procedures
The role will be in a Hybrid Model based out of Charlotte, NC | Jersey City, NJ | White Plains, NY office. Compensation package will include Base Salary + Bonus + 401K Match + PTO + Benefits.
