We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team and lead our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing staff, and ensuring that all customer service and administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch office.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and direction.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide customer service to clients and resolve customer complaints.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
