We have been asked to identify Human Resources Benefits Administrator that is interested in a temp to perm role. This person will work closely Senior Human Resources and Payroll Management offering a strong level of exposure. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-profile collaborative environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Benefits Analyst will work within the corporate benefit programs. You will interface with employees and managers at all levels of the organization to provide excellent customer service and effective and efficient problem resolution. Candidate will work with Benefit programs and provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of these programs.

• Assist with Payroll Processing
• Responsible for the design and delivery of eight global total reward statements.
• Oversees testing of data feed process to ensure accuracy of highly confidential employee data.
• Work closely with payroll employees while processing bi-weekly payrolls for hourly and salaried employees using ADP Workforce Now software.
• Benefit administration, including enrollments & changes, COBRA, terminations, beneficiaries, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Hospital indemnity, accident, Worker's Comp, student loans repayment, Commuter benefits, tuition reimbursement, unemployment etc.
• Administration of Open Enrollment cycles
• Knowledge of leave of absence laws Federal/State, including, FMLA, PFML, ADA
• Communication of Granite policies to employees, including leading benefit orientations
• Completion of audits and reporting at management request
• Maintain strict confidentiality as well as personal accountability
• Other duties as assigned, including various audits
• Maintenance of HRIS information for employee benefits
• Required Qualifications:
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and Payroll, Etime
• Excel Skills

Compensation Summary

$25.00-$35.00 per hour commensurate
