This is for a LIVE IN Maintenance Technician II Role In Colonia, NJ.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience that includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and locksmithing. Residential property management experience preferred.
- Ability to develop rapport with residents and staff.
- Problem solving skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available on an as-needed basis for after hours, on-call emergency services.
Maintenance/Customer Service
- Effectively handle resident service requests.
- Perform and inspect all maintenance tasks.
- Ensure that all make ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. Correct situations within 24 hours when possible.
- Maintain awareness of the physical condition of the property and immediately correct unsafe conditions.
- Willingness to partake in on-call rotation approximately every 2 weeks.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
