Line Cook/Sous Chef Job at Roosevelt tavern
Seeking a culinary graduate or solid work history equivalent in fine/ upscale dining with all scratch seasonal cooking. Work week is currently Wednesday-Saturday 4-9 PM(Except Holidays) Looking for a self motivated, creative individual that is able to assist Chef with seasonal menu development, think quick on your feet & problem solve in a moments time. Applicant must be familiar with how to prepare fresh seasonal ingredients. Please send resume.
