Looking for enthusiastic cooks to join our growing team.

We have a tight knit kitchen with friendly staff who enjoy the company of others who like to be productive and friendly at work.

Responsibilities:

  • Hard-working, team player
  • Basic knowledge of professional cooking and experience in knife handling
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling policies and procedures
  • Must follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Must have a working understanding of written & spoken English
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to communicate clearly with managers and team members
  • Ability to work independently
  • From scratch cooking experience preferred
  • Help with set up and execution of private events being held at the clubhouse
  • Assist in tracking food waste to ensure proper food cost controls
  • Seasonal employee March-October

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in quick service restaurant preferred
  • Excellent oral communication and listening skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willing to work a flexible work schedule Mornings, Nights, Weekends and Holidays
  • Experience working in a golf course setting preferred but not required
  • Must obtain Basset, Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
