This is a critical position within our Food and Beverage Department. We require a motivated culinarian with the appropriate level of experience and craftsmanship to be the Hot Line Cook in our highly regarded restaurant. We pride ourselves on providing the finest food, made from the freshest, local ingredients.

Responsibilities:

  • Treat your team members with respect, kindness, and as you like to be treated.
  • Produce the finest food to the Chef's specification.
  • Maintain a clean, healthy, safe and fun working environment.
  • Strive for the highest level of attention to detail, craftsmanship and quality.
  • Be collaborative and work well as part of the team.
  • Be organized and punctual.
  • Handle food products per Servsafe/HACCP guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service. Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
  • Propose menu suggestions, plating and buffet presentation ideas.
  • Be part of the rotation of cooks responsible for preparing healthy, satisfying, fresh and appetizing family meals.
  • Communicate openly to notify kitchen management of any shortages of product, faulty equipment or ideas.

The Dining Room is open for lunch every day, evening events are on average two to three times per week. The working week is generally 5 or 6 days per week, 40 to 48 hours. Overtime is avalble after 40 hours and bonuses are paid for working events.
