The ideal candidate will be available nights and weekends as well as weekdays. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Line Cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate has previous experience preparing high-quality food and enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment. This is the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to become a part of an innovative and energetic team that creates cutting edge gastro-pub cuisine, while promoting an approachable menu with sustainable ingredients.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to carry and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to handle physically difficult tasks.
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Be able to see well enough to read food labels and recipes while in the kitchen at all times.
- Understand food safety and sanitation laws and regulations.
- Be able to function in extreme heat or cold conditions.
- Be able to work with sharp knives and food equipment without injuring yourself or others.
- Have good hand-eye coordination.
- Have basic knowledge of nutrition and ingredients.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
