Job Responsiblities
-Set up kitchen stations
-Prepare ingredients and make recipes
-Produce finished appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pastas and desserts according to exact procedures
-Coordinate timing of production during service
-Follow food safety guidelines
-Maintain cleanliness and organization
-Manage stations and the flow of product
-Break down and clean kitchen stations
Qualifications
-Minimum High School Degree or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
-Culinary training a plus
-Knowledgeable of basic kitchen systems and skills
-Physically able to perform job duties
-Reliable, organized and efficient
-Quality and customer oriented
-Must be a team player, flexible and willing to learn more than one job and get along with others
***MANDATORY WEEKENDS***
OPERATING HOURS ARE MON-THURS 3-9pm, FRI-SAT - 12-11PM, SUN 12-9PM

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
