We are currently looking for talented line cooks at Kemuri Tatsu-Ya.Must be able to move quickly and work efficiently with great attention to detail. We have an open kitchen, live fire cooking with oak wood and binchotan, and opportunities to expand your knowledge on Japanese culture, cuisine, and zymology/in-house fermented foods. Both part-time and full-time, open availability is preferred but we can work with you. We strive to offer competitive pay and a clear path to advancement within our rapidly growing company.
Job Duties:
