An upscale bookshop, bistro and bar coming soon to Grosse Pointe, is looking for a lead line cook with at least four years of experience in a similar role.
Full and part time positions available (full time preferred, closed Mondays).
Pay based on experience.

-familiar with prep, knife work, reading recipes
-comfortable working in a small kitchen
-comfortable working with prep sheets and checklist
-ability to follow all health and food safety requirements
