RAIV Hospitality is looking for line cooks to join our FLIP BURGER team. Located at 105 Portage Rd. Lewiston, NY 14092. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

FLIP BURGER is a chef driven quick service burger restaurant.

Responsibilities

*Set up and break down workstation *Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables *Label stock and inventory all ingredients *Weigh and measure ingredients to be used *Prepare food as per our recipes

Qualifications

*Big Smile, Positive Energy, Love working with people and in the kitchen *Experience working in a BOH position *2 year experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred, but not required *Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal *Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Members of our team, your compensation will include the following benefits:
