We are recruiting restaurant line cooks. We feature a newer high scale 125-seat restaurant, private room dining and a formal event hall that can accommodate up to 400+ guests and are currently implementing plans for additional growth in Puyallup, Washington.
We are a “scratch kitchen” – most of our recipes, dishes and products are produced from raw ingredients. Elements of our dishes, including the tasks necessary to produce it, are executed start to finish in-house.
Pay/Benefits:
- Pay starting at $17-$20 per hour + tips; dependent on background/education/experience.
- Daily tips included in addition to hourly rate of pay.

Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and adapt to restaurant and event menus.
- Prepare and cook food per recipes standards.
- Ensure food stations are prepped, organized and clean.
- Maintain company standards on safety, food quality, presentation and keeping on task with our brand.
Our ideal candidate has some previous high volume restaurant kitchen experience and:
- Understands and has experience with cooking methods, kitchen quality and portion size standards.
- Has a passion for quality service and wants to give back to the community.
- Is a strong communicator who enjoys working in a team environment.
- Is self-motivated, can work well under pressure and has ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Can be flexible in his/her work schedule. Must have weekend/holiday availability.
- Has a current Food Handlers Permit.
- Is able to focus on the job while staying on their feet and moving about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy items.
