About the Role:

The Life Cycle Management (LCM) Client Representative is responsible for maintaining account management, consultation, and customer service for commercial to enterprise-level clients.

The LCM Client Representative will manage the communication and needs of customer accounts while working with various internal and external teams to maintain data accuracy and optimize maintenance coverage throughout the customer relationship. This team member collaborates directly with the sales team and vendor teams on tasks and projects, and with appropriate internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and ordering, shipments, and utilizing Trace3's cloud-based asset management tool, LAMP.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact, along with the sales teams, for matters specific to clients for multiple accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with account base
  • Meet with assigned accounts to assess procedures and make recommendations regarding the implementation of contract management processes and practices
  • Evaluate the assigned customer base usage of LAMP and determine the best training procedures to align with customer usage
  • Propose and consult with LAMP team regarding LAMP customizations required to meet customer needs, which include creative solutions for new enhancements
  • Coordinate all requested services quotes and hardware quotes and orders from client, sales, or internal team for clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with inside sales to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective ordering and delivery process for assigned account hardware transactions, including preparing and placing orders, confirming shipments, and providing tracking detail for product transactions
  • Interpret network data audit report reconciliation for existing clients
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions for external and internal teams
  • Assess and communicate overall customer account activity to the sales team as needed
  • May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Cisco Systems service offerings, databases, and online tools (CCW-R)
  • Capacity to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion
  • A basic understanding of accounting
  • Good understanding of how clients use technology to meet business objectives
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills, and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
  • Ability to approach a customer and sales requests in a proactive and consultative manner; listen to and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver
  • Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
