Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Hospice Job at Central Coast Home Health & Hospice
Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking a full-time or part time Hospice LVN to join our team for the 5 Cities/Santa Maria/Lompoc area.
The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with a weekend rotation.
Requirements:
- Current California LVN license
- Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN) work experience
- Reliable vehicle to drive for work
- Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record
- Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
- Current approved health care provider CPR Certification
- Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus

Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours, which ranges from $29.00-$32.00 per hour. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience, location, and years of experience.
