What you will do:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will be providing direct nursing care to the patients and in all aspects of nursing activities and overall care collaboration, in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and Company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. You will collaborate with your team and assist in supporting timely care and interventions with consistent scheduled visits for our patients. You will be responsible to treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity. We expect our LVNs will model a positive and professional image that represents the Company missions and values.

Must haves:

• LVN license with a successful completion of Ca LVN program/licensure.
• Current CPR card
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• At least one year of experience in a home health or hospice setting

Would be great:

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience in a Hospice environment
• Experience with PointClickCare

CALIFORNIA PAY TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT

Compensation for roles at American Homecare Home Health varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by state or local law, American Homecare Home Health provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that American Homecare Home Health reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below:

Pay Range: $33 - $40 per hour DOE
