Overview:

Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking LPNs to join our Long Term Care & Short Term Rehab team at Langton Shores in Roseville, Minnesota.

The shifts are 12-hour shifts working 6:30am-7:00pm OR 6:30pm - 7:00am.
We just opened an 8-hour evening shift from 3:00-11:00pm.

Set on 14 acres in a residential area of Roseville, this community offers skilled nursing care in two types of settings—long-term living “neighborhoods” and short term rehab for shorter stays aimed at rehabilitation and recovery. Responsibilities:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
