LPN - new shift created with the opportunity to work three 12's with a choice of Day or Night shift along with a $3000 hiring bonus.
Weekend rotation is every other week. The opportunity to sign up for additional hour is available.

Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to individuals receiving services and to monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota.
- Must possess current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
