$10,000 Sign-On Bonus offered for provisionally and fully licensed Therapists!

In this position, you are making a significant and direct impact on a generation who are growing up with addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders - They need support. Our programming is designed to meet adolescents where they are, and structure their care to individualized to who they are as a person. We know there are no cookie cutter solutions, so beyond individual therapy, we are also providing, group therapy with their peers, family therapy, experiential/social activities, and life skills / academic development.

Responsibilities:

• You will oversee a small case load of clients for individual therapy and contribute to leading group therapy sessions
• You will participate in and support experiential activities with clients like hiking, yoga, gardening, and more
• You will work collaboratively with the medical and clinical teams to ensure a comprehensive treatment strategy for all clients

Schedule: Full Time | Monday to Friday

Compensation: $74,000-90,000 Annual Salary + $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Training & Experience:

• Provisional or Clinical Licensure is required (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT)
• Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, or residential setting.
