Responsibilities:
About The Opportunity

Compensation: competitive base salary plus bonus structure, ESOP contributions, 401(k) match, and company provided vehicle with fuel card.

Location: this position is available in the following geographic areas: ME, NH, VT, NY (upstate), MA, CT, PA, VA, GA, or TN. Relocation assistance is available to facilitate moving into our geographic footprint.

We are experiencing explosive growth and looking to build an even more robust pipeline of knowledgeable, skilled, and licensed Blasters. In this role you will join a distinguished group of dedicated professionals committed to their trade and focused on the positive financial growth of the company.

You will be responsible for performing all duties assigned, including:
  • Safety and compliance as they relate to your own responsibilities, and as a contributing member of project operations;
  • Perform daily blasting activities in accordance with blasting plans including but not limited to assembly, installation, detonation of charges, and reporting of blasting results;
  • Handling and transporting explosives and accessories to the jobsite, including across state lines as needed;
  • Monitoring blast site, verify pre-blast inspections, perform pre-blast testing and seismograph setup, documents use of explosives and completes inventory documentation.

Qualifications:
About You

This is a position for an experienced Blaster, so you most likely are working as a Blaster, Blasting Supervisor, or Blasting Superintendent today and you hold a state blasting license, if your state requires it. You may have a military or collegiate background, and for sure you are dedicated, hardworking, honest, and committed to excellence in everything you do.
