Project Turnabout has an opening for a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor at our Willmar, MN campus. We are seeking a candidate who is committed to making a difference in the lives of others. This position requires licensure (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor – LADC) or actively seeking license eligibility (ADC-T) in the State of Minnesota. Project Turnabout is a mission-based organization offering high-quality treatment at an affordable rate. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Must meet state licensure requirements or able to be licensed according to MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy standards and/or be able to acquire a temporary license upon employment with Project Turnabout. Once having met the licensure requirements, be willing to become fully licensed in the field of Alcohol and Drug Counseling or a related field with at least an associate’s degree.

2. Pass a MN Dept. of Human Services criminal background study.

3. Must be able to document at least two years of freedom from chemical/gambling use problems.

4. Counselors must be at least 21 years of age.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $62,500.00 per year
