About The Opportunity

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative, and supportive team. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be a key contributor to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call in payments to third party suppliers daily
  • Assist with booking new reservations with third party suppliers via phone and booking portals
  • Work directly with our partners on special requests and resolutions
  • Process travel insurance claims
  • Work with internal booking support department for changes, requests, resolutions
  • Process travel documents for customers
  • Work with partners on submitting and confirming customer special requests
  • Creating customer inquiries into CRM
  • Processing customer payments
  • Assisting with financial processes to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor schedule changes
  • Answer customer’s post booking general questions

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience with Sabre, Helio, Omnis, & Customer One
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Problem-solving skills that are results-oriented
