Job Description

The Patient Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationship between the company and patients, introducing newly admitted patients to the company, resolving concerns and issues, work closely with intake and scheduling to ensure patient services are delivered in a timely manner. Working closely with other departments to resolve issues that are patient impacting.

An ideal candidate should have great personality and exceptional phone skills.

Time Distribution: 85% of time will be spent on phone calls and other related phone work.

Other: 15%

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Answers all patient related calls and addresses issues raised during the call.

2. Contacts newly admitted patients and introduces them to the company.

3. Develop relationship with referral sources

3. Conducts patient satisfaction surveys at various time points to ensure patient satisfaction is achieved.

4. Builds and maintains positive relationship with patients and referral sources

5. Acts as a backup for intake staff and initiates new patient referrals and physician orders as needed.

6. Participates in on-call rotation and assumes on-call responsibilities

7. Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

Qualifications and Skills

1. College Degree is required

2. Excellent phone skills

3. Outgoing personality

3. Proficient computer skills(proficient in excel).

4. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice

5. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, and organization skills.

6. Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment

7. Ability to work alone without supervision

Position is located in our Horsham office location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,914.54 - $44,456.23 per year
