LEASING AGENT NEEDED FOR OCEAN-MONMOUTH COUNTY PROJECTS:
* Retail Leasing
* Apartment Leasing
* Mixed Use
* Minimum (5) Years Experience in Retail/Commercial Leasing
- Showings
- Marketing
- Will provide Form Letters of Intent
- Credit Check- Universal Credit
- Proficient Microsoft Suite or related systems
- Real Estate License preferred
* Must be self starter/self motivating, professional/courtesy
* Must be able to work weekends of evenings for residential rentals
Salary commensurate with experience & Over ride as further incentive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
