LEASING ADMINISTRATOR for UPSCALE apartment community
Lewis Apartment Communities has an immediate opening for a full-time Leasing Administrator at one of its most dynamic communities, Homecoming at Eastvale, located in Eastvale, Ca.
This position will work with the Community Director and staff to provide a variety of services to current and potential residents at this busy, beautiful community. In this role, you will coordinate and administer the application and move-in paperwork process accurately and within company standards, thereby maintaining a quality leasing experience for new residents.
As a Leasing Administrator, your responsibilities will also include:

This position will work with the Community Director and staff to provide a variety of services to current and potential residents at this busy, beautiful community. In this role, you will coordinate and administer the application and move-in paperwork process accurately and within company standards, thereby maintaining a quality leasing experience for new residents.
As a Leasing Administrator, your responsibilities will also include:
- Processing all resident files,
- Confirming apartment move-ins,
- Scheduling appointments for final move-in paperwork
- Administering move-in packets, coordinate keys/remotes, and other duties related to new residents.
- You will also be ready for SALES, leasing our upscale apartments with our award-winning teams.
YOUR SALARY & BENEFITS:
Your Pay: In addition to a competitive hourly salary of $21/hour, you will have the potential to earn sales commissions and will qualify for annual bonus and pay raise eligibility every year!- Other perks for you: You will receive a $650 allowance for you to purchase stylish work attire with $450 each subsequent year, a $500 New Hire signing bonus, a variety of medical and dental benefits plans, a 401K savings plan with company match, apartment discounts, paid holidays, vacation time, continued training, advancement potential and much more.
