Elaine Rosi Academy for Children in Brentwood is seeking full time Lead Toddler Teacher. The ideal candidate for this position will have an evident passion for teaching and caring for young children. We are seeking an individual who is creative, motivated, and wants to work in a fun and exciting environment.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Must be able to take direction from the Directors and initiate active participation in the classroom.
2. Implement lesson plans and follow children's individual schedules.
3. Maintain the safety and health of all children in care as it pertains to the classroom, the school building, the playground, and the multipurpose room.
4. Read and understand the Missouri State Licensing rules for child care centers as it pertains to fire safety, sanitation procedures, and child care policies.

5. Communication skills to work with families and coworkers.
