  • To make recommendations to the Sales Managers 1 & 2 regarding the retail sales environment that may impact the Company’s vision and mission
  • To assure that the store properly opens on time and all opening responsibilities are addressed
  • To assure and enforce the in-store business climate and customer service expectations from all Sales Associates by communicating, training, coaching and leading by example.
  • Assist Sales Managers 1 & 2 with Inventory controls (rotation, shrink, cycle counts).
  • Assist Sales Managers 1 & 2 in understanding and remediating results from financial metrics, cash handling, reporting and controls.
  • Assist Sales Managers 1 & 2 with operating cost containment.
  • Assist Sales Managers 1 & 2 with facilities management (cleanliness, signage, displays etc.).
  • Reconcile cash handling and cash counts on a daily basis reporting daily to Support Center.
  • Coordinate all required cycle counts and investigate/reconcile any discrepancies and reporting material differences to Sales Managers 1 & 2.
  • Accurately record waste, supplier returns, etc. making necessary adjustments within POS system.
  • Treats everyone with respect and courtesy.
  • Plus perform all duties of a Sales Associate:
  • Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner within 10 seconds of their arrival.
  • Serve customers in a manner that will enhance the image and sales of the store.
  • Follow all approved Sales Procedures and Customer Relation policies including handing out sales flyers to each customer and upselling product.
  • Present a clean, neat, well-groomed appearance at all times and adherence to uniform requirements.
  • Demonstrate a manner, attitude, and personality that will create an atmosphere of friendliness and good will with customers and co-workers.
  • Answer customer’s questions about menu selections and promotions.
  • Receive order from customer and correctly enter it into the POS system.
  • Accurately operate cash register and follow all approved cash handling procedures.
  • Present customer with properly prepared receipt.
  • Thank customer for their visit and extend invitation to return.
  • Maintain cleanliness of store by performing routine cleaning and maintenance.
  • Keep shelves stocked and product rotated.
  • Clean, sanitize, and arrange merchandise in cooler with particular attention to floor, shelves, and cooler doors.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Keeps management informed of items such as out of product situations, customer questions or comments, items that need repaired, etc
  • Support Sales Managers 1 & 2 and act as Company representative at local community events or Local Store Marketing
Requirements:

Essential:

? Fluent in verbal and written English.

? Communicates in a friendly, personable manner.

? Ability to perform suggestive selling of products.

? Must possess excellent leadership skills.

? Ability to communicate effectively in order to motivate a team.

Non-essential:

? Possess a valid, current driver’s license.

? Ability to efficiently travel to other stores, Support Center, etc. when needed.

4. Physical requirements:

Essential:

? Lifts up to 50 lbs.

? Ability to move up to 200 lbs.

? Stands unassisted for long periods of time.

? Walk unassisted at a fast pace for long periods of time.

? Bends, stoops and kneels.

? Maintains a clean, sanitary and well-groomed personal appearance.

? Endure all weather patterns including extreme cold, extreme hot, wind, snow, rain, etc.

? Shoveling and snow removal from property as needed. Sale
