Residential HVAC Lead HVAC Technician (Full-Time/Hourly): $30-$35
  • Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

And our team, delivers an exceptional experience to every customer. We are proud of our rich family heritage and strive to improve every day. Residental HVAC Lead HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
  • Builds positive relationships with customers and team
  • Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer/Changeout Helpers on proper skills and training of HVAC changeouts and installation jobs
  • Works under minimum supervision to changeout and install HVAC equipment in customer’s home
  • Completes required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
  • Follows all Gunthers Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and supports Gunthers’ Core Values and Mission
  • Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
Residential HVAC Lead HVAC Technician Qualifications:
  • 4+ year in residential HVAC Installs & Changeouts
  • EPA and RMGA certification required
  • High School Diploma, or GED
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
  • Experienced with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units.
  • Follows Gunthers dress and grooming polices. For the safety and respect of our customers, Gunthers is a SMOKE-FREE environment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
