Triumph Construction, LLC is a Chesterfield based, non-union residential remodeling company serving the Central Corridor and West County for 20 years. Triumph is looking to fill an immediate opening for a Lead Carpenter.

Job Description: manage all aspects of field production relating to carpentry, while ensuring efficient completion of carpentry labor, material usage, jobsite safety and maintaining excellent communication with upper management and homeowner.

Key Responsibilities: Proficient Framing and Finish Carpenter who can manage staff while performing carpentry tasks. Oversee and ensure efficiency of labor and material on job site. Communicate courteously and professionally with clients about the status of their job as well as project details. Ensure a safe and productive work environment. Communicate status and project details with upper management on a daily basis. Assist in planning of project and field employee schedule. Oversee subcontractor scope of work to ensure quality workmanship, cleanliness and completion.

Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years experience as a foreman. A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in residential framing and high end finish carpentry (eg. custom book cases, cabinetry, furniture, mantels, crown). Highly motivated and extremely detail oriented. Excellent communication skills. Reliable transportation (Full size pick-up truck is a plus) Must have a smartphone and be proficient with email communication. Must pass a drug screening and have a clean criminal and driving record.
