We are looking for a Lead Carpenter to complete projects in the field and assist our Lead Foreman. Our ideal hire is a skilled carpenter who can execute without direction and brings a detail oriented and driven personality.

Responsibilities:

• Complete and produce projects on time and on budget
• Follow direction; can work from building plans and blueprints and communicate with architects and designers.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and works well with homeowners in the high-end remodeling market
• Daily, oversee the progress of the project, including scheduling, and ordering materials and other needed job site resources
• Layout and install stairs, doors, windows, trim cabinets, kitchens and baths
• Measure cut, or shape wood, composite, fiberglass, drywall and other materials
• Construct building frameworks including walls, joists, and frames
• Perform finish carpentry work
• Diagnose and remedy older structures in need of repair or renovation
• Comprehend and execute tasks in precise and timely manner
• Works safely at all times and wear company provided safety gear as required
• Maintain and complete any and all company required paperwork related to the project

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of remodeling experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Vocational training preferred
• Computer literate and proficient with Excel, Word and Email
• Framing experience
• Custom carpentry experience
• Interior and exterior remodeling including window and door replacements
• Cabinet and Flooring installation experience a plus
• Proven organizational, analytical and time management skills

$28-31 for qualified candidates
