Educational/Professional Experience:

• Minimum: High School degree
• Several years work experience in the construction field with extensive kitchen and bath remodeling experience
• Experience at working with trade partners (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, countertops, drywall, tile, and flooring)
• Basic computer skills in MS Office applications

Skills:

• General construction trades skills, emphasis on kitchen and bath remodeling skills
• Exceptional customer relations skills
• Effective communication skills
• Effective time management skills and prioritize by highly profitable actions
• Effective and creative use of problem solving skills
• Must be self-motivated to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Clean vehicle driving record with no DUI violations in last 5 years
